Account level Statistics

As part of the information about your Account, 3D Mapping Cloud collects usage and other statistics to provide insight for the Account Owner and Administrators.

Period

On top of the page, se the Period for which you wish to see statistics.  The Period applies instantly to all of the statistics graphs.

Named Users

This graph shows the evolution of the number of Named Users in your Account :

• Paid Named Users : The # of Named Users you have paid for.
• Registered Named Users : The # of Named Users invited and listed in your Accounts Users list (Enabled and Disabled users)
• Active Named Users : the # of Named Users invited and listed in your Accounts Users list (Enabled users only)

This graph does not show the activity of the users, only the registration in relation to what you have paid for.

View Top Users button

Shows the list of User activity over the requested period.

Guest Users

This graph shows the evolution of the number of Guest Users in your Account and the way they are used :

• Total budget of Guest Users
• Number of Guest Users assigned to Publications
• Free Budget of Guest Users
• Guest Users Activity

In the option menu to the right, you can pick a single Publication or the Free Budget and see how much has been assigned and used.

Storage Use and Capacity

This graph shows the volume of storage capacity that you have paid for in relation to the volume of storage that is effectively used by your Account.

# Resources in Storage Location

The pie chart shows the distribution of your Resources over the Data Centers that you are using.  The distribution is expressed by # of Resources located in each Data Center.

TB in Storage Location

The pie chart shows the distribution of your Resources over the Data Centers that you are using.  The distribution is expressed by total of Terabytes used in each Data Center.

# Resources

This graph shows the total # of Resources, depending on their storage location :

• All Resources
• Cloud Storage (Resources stored in 3D Mapping Cloud Data Centers)
• Hybrid Storage (Resources stored in 3D Mapping On-Premise Publishers made available in to 3D Mapping Cloud users)
• Remote Storage (Resources stored in a 3rd party location)

The total Resources do not take into account any combination of resources, such as Resource Groups, Publications, Bookmarks and other.

Shared Resources

• All Resources
• Shared Resources (Number of Resources that are Shared with any third party or third party user
• Parties (Number of Parties which whom one or more Resources are being shared)
